Any interaction with external systems is explicitly controlled through a consent enforcement layer, making data flow a deliberate user-driven action rather than an automatic background process.

At its core, FluxCore Mobility separates safety-critical driving functions from experimental and optional features. The Core Safety Runtime handles real-time perception, collision avoidance, and vehicle control logic independently of any cloud connection. This ensures that essential driving behavior remains deterministic and reliable even if external systems are disabled or unavailable. Surrounding this core is an encrypted AI processing layer that handles sensor fusion and machine learning inference inside secure hardware boundaries, preventing direct access to raw model weights or sensitive data.

A defining feature of the system is its Consent Enforcement Kernel, which governs all outbound communication and enforces strict rules around data sharing. No data can leave the vehicle without explicit, time-bound user approval, and all permissions are capped at a maximum duration of 90 days with no automatic renewal. Once expired, access is immediately revoked, requiring fresh user consent for any continued external interaction. This design ensures that control over vehicle-generated data remains continuously and transparently in the hands of the user.

FluxCore Mobility also includes a fully sandboxed Beta Testing Module for experimental features, allowing developers and users to test new AI capabilities without affecting core safety systems.
