ARCA is a per-user provenance and originality ledger designed to evaluate digital content based on its novelty relative to the creator’s own history. Instead of comparing users against each other, ARCA builds a complete, immutable record of each individual’s creative output and determines whether new submissions represent meaningful contribution or repetition of prior work. Its goal is to ensure that originality, transparency, and behavioral integrity are measurable and enforceable at the level of each creator.
At its core, ARCA maintains a personal content graph that connects all of a user’s posts through similarity relationships. Each new submission is fingerprinted across text, image, video, and mixed media formats, then evaluated against the user’s prior content to produce a Personal Originality Score. This allows the system to detect reposting patterns, subtle paraphrasing, and structural reuse, while still recognizing genuinely new creative expression within the same account history.
ARCA also enforces a minimum contribution requirement, ensuring that shared or reposted content includes at least a small amount of original user-generated context. Alongside this, a behavioral authenticity layer analyzes posting patterns, input behavior, and structural repetition to estimate the likelihood that content is human-authored rather than automated or system-generated. These signals combine to create a holistic view of both content originality and creator intent.
Before any post is published, ARCA provides a full pre-submission transparency check that shows originality scores, similarity to previous posts, monetization eligibility, and clear explanations for any limitations. It also includes an anti-gaming evolution layer that adapts to exploitation patterns over time and an origin dispute system that allows users to correct or challenge misclassified entries within their own content history. Together, these systems form a transparent, self-correcting framework for measuring and rewarding genuine digital creation.
