CashOps

Earn More From Cash Without Losing Control of It.

CashOps is a modular AI personal finance optimization specification designed to help individuals make their available cash more productive without sacrificing financial control. Its central purpose is to continuously determine where money should be held, when it should move, and how each dollar can be positioned to earn appropriate risk-free or principal-protected yield while remaining available for upcoming obligations. CashOps combines cash-flow forecasting, liquidity management, yield optimization, financial policy enforcement, and intelligent money movement into a unified financial operations layer.

A defining feature of CashOps is its ability to treat every dollar according to its purpose and timing. The system tracks income, balances, bills, recurring expenses, future obligations, reserves, transfer requirements, and available yield opportunities to determine which funds need to remain liquid and which funds may be temporarily allocated elsewhere. It can evaluate whether money should remain in an operating account, move to a higher-yield destination, be reserved for a future obligation, or potentially be used for an advantageous prepayment. Rather than simply maximizing interest, CashOps balances yield against liquidity, transfer costs, settlement times, payment requirements, and user-defined financial policies.

CashOps incorporates PrePayGuard as a core payment assurance layer, providing obligation discovery, bill and payment tracking, payment-readiness analysis, payment timing protection, prepayment analysis, payment-risk detection, payment sequencing, funding recommendations, and monitoring of completed or failed payments. It also incorporates Nexa as a long-term financial continuity layer and Soluna Finance OS as a financial orchestration layer. This creates a coordinated architecture in which CashOps provides optimization intelligence, PrePayGuard protects payment obligations, Nexa incorporates long-term financial objectives, and Soluna provides the infrastructure for authorized financial orchestration and execution.

The specification is designed around modularity, explainability, privacy, security, and user authority. CashOps can operate in advisory, supervised, or policy-authorized automated modes, allowing users to determine how much autonomy the system receives. Its architecture separates AI recommendations from deterministic safety rules, ensuring that an AI agent cannot simply override payment requirements, liquidity constraints, or user-defined restrictions. Through forecasting, scenario analysis, yield monitoring, financial opportunity detection, audit trails, configurable policies, and optional modules for debt, taxes, household finances, treasury management, and financial goals, CashOps provides a foundation for continuous personal financial operations rather than passive budgeting.
