CreatorGrid is an open source AI assistant specification designed to protect creators and strengthen the legal infrastructure of the creator economy. Its modular architecture analyzes contracts, copyright, licensing, AI usage, creator rights, jurisdiction, compensation, termination, reversion, and rights ownership to help creators understand what protections apply and what rights they may be giving away.

CreatorGrid is jurisdiction-aware, examining the legal connections between creators, works, contracts, operators, platforms, licenses, and transactions. It identifies choice-of-law provisions, forum selection, arbitration, corporate structures, licensing arrangements, and other mechanisms that may potentially weaken or circumvent creator protections, while distinguishing legitimate legal differences from unresolved questions and potential circumvention.

A dedicated Prior Art Loophole Detection Module examines patents, patent applications, statutes, regulations, case law, contracts, licensing frameworks, platform policies, and emerging technologies to identify protection gaps and potential pathways around creator rights. CreatorGrid maintains evidence chains, provenance, confidence assessments, and legal-status information so potential loopholes are not automatically treated as established violations.

CreatorGrid also provides creator rights dashboards, rights passports, contract intelligence, licensing analysis, AI-use monitoring, digital-replica protections, compensation tracking, platform accountability, legislative monitoring, case-law monitoring, alerts, negotiation assistance, and compliance analysis. Its goal is to make creator rights visible, portable, understandable, and defensible as contracts, jurisdictions, technologies, and business models continue to evolve.
