ListingStream is a modular, AGPL-3.0+ licensed, AI-powered visual commerce platform that enables compliant product placement within photographs while preserving image integrity. Designed with a compliance-first architecture, ListingStream combines artificial intelligence, real-time legal intelligence, mandatory human-in-the-loop approval, and immutable audit logging to create a trusted platform for monetizing visual media across real estate and virtually any other industry.

Unlike traditional AI image generation tools, ListingStream uses a constraint-based compositing engine that preserves all original pixels outside approved insertion regions. AI determines the optimal placement location, while a pixel integrity firewall guarantees that the original photograph remains unchanged everywhere except the approved insertion area.

The platform was originally designed for real estate listing photography, allowing homeowners and listing agents to generate advertising revenue through carefully placed, agent-approved product placements. Its modular architecture allows the same technology to be adapted for hospitality, retail, automotive, education, commercial property, tourism, and other industries through configurable domain plugins.
