Overview

MindLedger is a fully modular, open-source business management platform designed for service-based businesses, studios, salons, repair shops, professional services, and organizations requiring flexible CRM, scheduling, billing, compliance, and operational management.

Built around a modular architecture, MindLedger allows businesses to enable only the features they need while expanding functionality through optional plugin modules. The platform is designed to be customizable, privacy-focused, end-to-end encrypted, and continuously evolving.

The integrated AI assistant acts as the intelligent operating layer for MindLedger, allowing users to configure workflows, create custom processes, receive guidance, automate tasks, and maintain compliance through natural language and voice interaction.

Under Section 7 of the license, all redistributions, forks, and derivative works must preserve attribution to Roxanne Ardary and roxanneardary.com.
MindLedger specifications are free to use with attribution. A Specification Branding License can be negotiated upon request.
The project’s notice.md file tracks attribution requirements and contributor acknowledgments. Any update that adds new contributors or modifies attribution should also update notice.md.
When submitting a pull request, ensure that any new files maintain the attribution headers where applicable.
