PropIntel is an open-source, AI-driven property intelligence specification designed to track property ownership, notices of default, liens, foreclosures, tax activity, title transfers, and related public records across the United States.

The system is designed to connect fragmented public records into a unified property intelligence layer organized by town, county, state, and national index. Its purpose is to make property ownership and property lifecycle activity easier to discover, verify, analyze, and understand while maintaining clear separation between documented public evidence and AI-generated analysis.

Purpose

PropIntel is designed to answer questions such as:
