The platform is designed around a modular architecture that allows jurisdictions, retrieval engines, AI analyzers, and data sources to operate independently. Organizations can deploy only the modules they need while expanding the system as additional jurisdictions or legal datasets become available. Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), semantic search, historical version tracking, and comprehensive citation management ensure that responses remain grounded in verifiable legal documents rather than unsupported AI-generated content. Every analysis is traceable back to the original statutes, regulations, constitutions, case law, or legislative history used to produce it.

This specification is released under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 or later (AGPL-3.0+) and may be used freely with required attribution under Section 7. A Specification Branding License is available for attribution-free deployments, with fees based on usage, scope, and deployment size.
