Know what happened. Know what to do.
AxiomCase is a modular consumer dispute intelligence system designed to turn confusing or incomplete complaints into structured, understandable case files. It takes raw user input—such as billing issues, service disputes, or unexpected charges—and breaks it down into clear components like timelines, transactions, evidence, and communication history. The goal is to move a user from uncertainty to structured clarity by organizing what happened in a consistent, readable format.
At the core of AxiomCase is its state-aware legal mapping system. Users can input any U.S. state, and the system retrieves and organizes relevant consumer protection laws, regulatory guidance, and complaint pathways for that jurisdiction. It then connects the facts of the case to applicable legal frameworks in a structured, non-interpretive way, helping users understand what types of protections may apply without making definitive legal conclusions.
AxiomCase also includes an issue classification and resolution engine that identifies potential categories of consumer disputes, such as billing errors, misrepresentation, unauthorized charges, or tax misapplication. Based on this structured analysis, it generates step-by-step resolution pathways, including merchant dispute steps, refund request structures, chargeback guidance, and escalation options through appropriate consumer protection agencies.
In addition, the system emphasizes transparency and accountability through its case summary and timeline features. It can produce neutral, structured reports that separate verified facts, user claims, business responses, and any corrections made over time. This creates a clear record of how a dispute evolved and what actions were taken, supporting both personal resolution and broader documentation of consumer experiences.
