ChangeCore is a content intelligence and evolution system designed to keep web content continuously aligned with real-world truth, shifting user intent, and modern AI-driven discovery systems. Instead of treating pages as static assets that are periodically updated, ChangeCore treats them as living systems that must adapt over time. It continuously monitors content for semantic drift, outdated information, and relevance decay, then proposes or applies targeted improvements to keep pages accurate and useful.

At its core, ChangeCore combines multiple layers of intelligence, including freshness detection, relevance scoring, and AI search visibility optimization. It identifies outdated facts, broken links, stale references, and missing contextual coverage while also tracking how user intent evolves across search engines and AI systems. This allows content not only to stay current but to stay aligned with how people are actually asking questions and consuming information today.

A key component of ChangeCore is its multi-agent architecture, where specialized agents handle distinct responsibilities such as fact validation, SEO alignment, content structure, trend detection, link optimization, and AI visibility tuning. These agents work together through a coordination layer that resolves conflicts, prioritizes changes, and ensures that updates are both accurate and strategically valuable.

ChangeCore also includes a data ingestion expansion layer that continuously feeds the system with external signals from sources like APIs, RSS feeds, GitHub releases, academic publications, regulatory updates, and industry news. This real-time flow of information allows the system to detect changes in the world as they happen and reflect those changes back into content automatically.

This specification is released under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 or later (AGPL-3.0+) and may be used freely with required attribution under Section 7. A Specification Branding License is available for attribution-free deployments, with fees based on usage, scope, and deployment size.
