ChronicleCRM is an AI-native relationship intelligence platform built to replace traditional CRMs with a system designed around memory, accountability, and structured real-world context. Instead of treating leads as static records, ChronicleCRM treats every prospect as a living narrative that evolves over time through conversations, meetings, field notes, and decisions. The platform is built to capture how relationships actually develop in the real world, not just how they are entered into a database.

At its core, ChronicleCRM introduces a Prospect Chronicle Engine, which turns natural language inputs like voice notes, meeting summaries, and casual field observations into structured, searchable intelligence. Every interaction is appended to an immutable timeline, creating a full history of how a lead’s needs, motivations, and behaviors change over time. This makes it possible to reconstruct not just what was known, but when it was known and how it was interpreted.

The platform also includes a Lead Intelligence Layer powered by AI, which analyzes behavioral signals, intent, urgency, and engagement to generate recommendations such as follow-ups, prioritization, and opportunity forecasting. However, ChronicleCRM is intentionally designed so that AI remains advisory only. It does not execute critical actions autonomously. Instead, it provides explainable recommendations with confidence scoring, while humans retain final control over decisions.

A defining feature of ChronicleCRM is its Human Accountability and Traceability Framework. Every action in the system is tied to a human owner and recorded in an audit-ready decision ledger. AI contributions are explicitly labeled, approvals are tracked, and no significant change occurs without an identifiable decision chain. This ensures transparency in both human and AI-driven workflows, making the platform suitable for regulated or high-trust environments.

Supporting this is a Calendar and Communication System tightly integrated with prospect records. Meetings, calls, and follow-ups are not isolated events but part of a continuous relationship timeline. Scheduling is lead-centric, meaning every event is tied directly to a prospect’s journey and can be tracked alongside outcomes and conversions.

Finally, ChronicleCRM is built as a modular, open-source platform under AGPL-3.0+, allowing industry-specific extensions such as real estate, mortgage, insurance, medical, and recruiting modules. Each module defines its own pipelines, terminology, and compliance rules while relying on the same core accountability and intelligence infrastructure. The result is a flexible system that can adapt to any industry while preserving a consistent standard of transparency, traceability, and human oversight.

This specification is released under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 or later (AGPL-3.0+) and may be used freely with required attribution under Section 7. A Specification Branding License is available for attribution-free deployments, with fees based on usage, scope, and deployment size.
