Overview

Fundamenta is an open-source financial governance engine designed for municipal, state, and federal applications. It combines complete government accounting, AI-assisted financial oversight, transparent public reporting, and rules-based budget governance into a modular platform.

Fundamenta creates a verifiable financial system where every budget item, transaction, vendor payment, and allocation decision can be tracked, explained, audited, and publicly understood.
