The HerOneiros Specification is an open-source, modular specification framework for building AI-powered, women-centered inner awareness platforms.
HerOneiros defines standards for creating privacy-first systems that combine journaling, dream intelligence, emotional awareness, communication assistance, cyclical tracking, and human-centered AI.
The specification provides a foundation for developers, researchers, and organizations building technology that supports reflection, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and personal insight while preserving user ownership, transparency, and control.
