Federated State Architecture

RegistryGuide is designed as a federated platform. Each state, territory, tribal government, or jurisdiction can maintain its own database, legal rules, forms, fees, workflows, and optional blockchain node while sharing a common open-source codebase.

This approach allows jurisdictions to maintain regulatory independence while enabling secure interoperability for interstate vehicle transactions and title verification.
