Overview
CipherMind is an open, modular specification for privacy-first, human-controlled AI and multi-agent networks. The specification defines an interoperable framework for persistent AI conversations, multi-agent collaboration, secure authentication, device synchronization, remote access, tool discovery, modular capabilities, transparent decision making, and user-controlled data.
CipherMind is designed around the principle that AI should extend human capability without replacing human authority. AI agents may analyze, recommend, coordinate, retrieve information, select tools, and prepare actions, but consequential decisions remain under human control.
CipherMind is designed to operate across local computers, mobile devices, tablets, servers, edge devices, private networks, and authorized remote environments.
