MindLedger for Real Estate is a modular, self-hostable real estate operating system designed to unify every core function of the modern property ecosystem into a single, open-source platform. It combines CRM, marketing, listing management, analytics, compliance enforcement, and customer support into one coordinated system powered by a dual-AI architecture. The platform is built under the AGPL-3.0+ license, ensuring that all deployments and derivatives remain open and transparent while preserving attribution and compliance requirements.

At its core, MindLedger is structured around two interconnected intelligence layers: WebGuard and AgentDesk MOLTBOT. WebGuard operates on the public-facing side, powering housing listings, FSBO/FRBO systems, blogs, business directories, and a fully accessible customer care center. It is designed with accessibility-first principles, including full voice-on-demand control and support for users with disabilities. AgentDesk operates on the private, agent-side system, providing CRM management, lead scoring, marketing automation, billing, payroll, and operational insights with predictive AI support and compliance monitoring.

The platform is fully modular, allowing agents and organizations to add, remove, or customize system components without disrupting core functionality. Modules include dynamic housing pages with public record integration, FSBO/FRBO listing systems, a full business directory with verification workflows, a blog system with SEO automation, and a marketing command center with Hootsuite-level social media management. Each module is designed to operate independently while remaining fully interoperable through a secure system bus and MOLTBOT orchestration layer.

MindLedger also places strong emphasis on compliance, security, and data integrity. It enforces Fair Housing laws, ADA accessibility requirements, FTC advertising standards, and local real estate regulations through built-in validation systems. Continuous feature discovery allows the platform to evolve by scanning open-source ecosystems for improvements, while maintaining strict safeguards to ensure no updates compromise system stability or legal compliance. The result is a living infrastructure for real estate professionals that adapts over time while remaining secure, transparent, and fully controllable by the user.

This specification is released under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 or later (AGPL-3.0+) and may be used freely with required attribution under Section 7. A Specification Branding License is available for attribution-free deployments, with fees based on usage, scope, and deployment size.
