SignalNet

Data. Claims. Reality.

Overview

SignalNet is an open-source AI platform that compares public claims with real-world actions to reveal patterns of accountability, transparency, and organizational integrity. By combining structured public data, artificial intelligence, and knowledge graph technology, SignalNet helps researchers, journalists, policymakers, regulators, investors, and the public evaluate whether organizations and individuals consistently act in accordance with their stated values.

Rather than relying on opinion or reputation, SignalNet organizes publicly available evidence into a transparent framework that allows users to explore both positive contributions and documented adverse events. Every analysis is designed to be evidence-based, auditable, explainable, and subject to human review.

Data. Claims. Reality.

Specification

SignalNet is a modular open-source intelligence platform that continuously collects, organizes, analyzes, and visualizes publicly available information relating to corporations, nonprofits, foundations, government agencies, public figures, and other organizations of interest.

The platform evaluates public claims against measurable actions, helping identify consistency, contradictions, behavioral trends, financial activity, legal actions, and documented adverse outcomes while maintaining complete transparency regarding evidence sources.

SignalNet is designed to support journalists, researchers, investigators, auditors, policymakers, watchdog organizations, businesses, and the general public through explainable AI and structured evidence.

The platform is source-agnostic, allowing new public datasets and connectors to be added without modifying the core architecture.

Development Philosophy

SignalNet exists to help society distinguish between reputation and reality.

Every specification, algorithm, business model, and feature should put humanity first by prioritizing transparency, fairness, accountability, and evidence-based analysis. Artificial intelligence should enhance human judgment rather than replace it, and every conclusion should remain explainable, auditable, and linked to verifiable public information.

The long-term vision is to create an open, community-driven accountability platform that empowers better decisions through structured intelligence while remaining transparent, independent, and worthy of public trust.
